1. Place the invoice along with the items you wish to return in a single package.

2. Drop off the package at Yurtiçi Kargo within 14 business days, using the return code 487303918. Simply providing this code is sufficient; there is no need to specify a return address.

3. Returns are always free when using our designated return methods.

4. All returns must be made within 14 days from the shipment confirmation email.

5. Once the item reaches us, it will be checked for compliance with the return conditions.

6. If the product meets the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

7. If the item does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.

8. The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect on your card depends on your bank.

9. Fill out and sign the return card form that was sent with your product and include it in the return package.

–  If the order was made on behalf of a company or a freelancer, a return invoice issued under the company or your name must be included along with the original invoice.
